It's a recently renovated great budget venue with amazing friendly and efficient staff. The place has a particularly good and absolutely perfect location to a lovely large Wetherspoons restaurant.

The breakfast was relatively cheap and great, with bottomless coffee £ 11 and the staff was fantastic. We booked a clean room with the best bathroom at good prices. The location was brilliant and absolutely perfect for traveling around Wigan, near to Liverpool, the pub/restaurant and the motorway network.
